Law360, New York (May 09, 2011, 5:30 PM ET) -- King & Spalding LLP has snagged the former co-leader of Hogan Lovells' antitrust compliance group for its London office in a bid to boost its international competition practice, the firm said Monday.
Suzanne Rab joined King & Spalding as a partner Monday, and the firm said it expected the European antitrust expert to "play a pivotal role" in its efforts to expand its global competition practice in the U.K. and Europe to match its U.S. presence.
