US Appeals Relators' Take In $55M HP Kickback Deal

Law360, New York (May 11, 2011, 8:22 PM ET) -- The U.S. government on Wednesday asked the Eighth Circuit to review a settlement with Hewlett-Packard Co. over alleged kickbacks for federal contracts, arguing that whistleblowers should share in just $9 million of the $55 million deal.
