Law360, New York (May 11, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Honeywell International Inc. has filed a complaint against Aspen Technology Inc., claiming the software manufacturer has failed to comply with a consent agreement signed with the Federal Trade Commission relating to AspenTech’s acquisition of Hyprotech Ltd., AspenTech said in a regulatory filing Thursday.
