Ex-SAIC Exec Charged In CityTime Kickback Case

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 7:39 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors Friday unsealed charges against a former Science Applications International Corp. executive who allegedly received $5 million in illegal kickbacks for his work on the overhaul of New York City's troubled payroll program CityTime.

Gerard Denault was arraigned before U.S. Magistrate Judge Kevin N. Fox in New York federal court where he did not enter a plea and was released on $1 million bail.
