Law360, New York (June 01, 2011, 6:41 PM ET) -- No new settlement has been reached on Google Inc.'s plans to develop a massive digital library following a judge's rejection of a $125 million class action deal with authors and publishers over antitrust concerns, a lawyer reported in New York federal court Wednesday.
