High Court Won’t Hear Firms’ Antitrust Subpoena Fight

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 6:59 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear an appeal of a Ninth Circuit ruling that the U.S. Department of Justice can subpoena documents that White & Case LLP and Nossaman LLP obtained through civil discovery in class action antitrust litigation over flat-panel displays.
