Law360, New York (July 06, 2011, 5:35 PM ET) -- Chadbourne & Parke LLP further expanded its London office Wednesday with the hiring of corporate partner Danny Heathwood and U.K. Bribery Act compliance expert Erin Callahan.
Heathwood, who made the jump from Hunton & Williams LLP, focuses his practice on U.K. and cross-border transactional work, including advising companies and investment banks on initial public offerings and counseling on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investment.
