Law360, New York (July 07, 2011, 3:14 PM ET) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Wednesday temporarily blocked Phoebe Putney Health System Inc. from buying Palmyra Park Hospital Inc. in a planned $195 million deal, granting federal antitrust regulators their request for an injunction.
The Federal Trade Commission asked for the order after U.S. District Judge W.
