Law360, San Diego (July 21, 2011, 10:02 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts federal court overseeing average wholesale price multidistrict litigation against several drug companies on Tuesday signed off on Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.’s $19 million settlement with several plaintiffs’ classes.
U.S. District Judge Patti Saris granted final approval of the settlement, which had initially come under fire from one of the classes, and held that it was fair, reasonable and adequate, and in the best interest of the classes.
