Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 8:23 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Friday merged a pair of shareholder suits claiming Johnson & Johnson and its board should be held liable for allegedly failing to prevent and respond to corruption and foreign bribery scandals among its subsidiaries.
