Abbott Fights $3.5M Verdict In GSK Suit Over Norvir

Law360, New York (August 08, 2011, 10:11 PM ET) -- Abbott Laboratories sought Friday to overturn a $3.5 million jury verdict in a dispute with GlaxoSmithKline PLC over a licensing deal for Norvir, having already fought off GSK's antitrust challenge over its decision to drastically raise prices for the HIV drug.
