New E-Book Price-Fixing Suit Snares Random House

Law360, New York (August 12, 2011, 7:11 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. and six leading publishers were accused by consumers in a New York federal court Thursday of fixing the prices of e-books in a putative class action that follows an earlier California suit and adds Random House Inc. to the mix.
