Conflicts Sour Dean, Dairy Farmers' $140M Antitrust Deal

Law360, New York (August 31, 2011, 4:50 PM ET) -- A Tennessee federal judge on Wednesday stayed a $140 million settlement in an antitrust class action brought by dairy farmers against Dean Foods Co. because of conflicts of interest presented by farmers belonging to co-defendant Dairy Farmers of America Inc.
