Law360, Wilmington (September 15, 2011, 7:38 PM ET) -- An Indiana federal jury reportedly found a former Indianapolis city councilman guilty of bribery and attempted extortion Thursday for soliciting cash and campaign contributions in return for a strip club zoning permit.
Jurors found Lincoln Plowman guilty after two hours of deliberations and U.S. District Judge Larry McKinney put the ex-city official on house arrest until his sentencing, the Indianapolis Business Journal reported.
