Insurer Can't Dismiss Kickbacks Class Action

Law360, New York (October 03, 2011, 5:20 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge refused Monday to dismiss a putative class action alleging QBE Specialty Insurance Co. paid kickbacks to Wells Fargo & Co. subsidiaries as part of an exclusive agreement that forced pricey homeowners insurance on mortgage holders when their prior policies lapsed.
