Law360, Los Angeles (October 19, 2011, 7:44 PM ET) -- Molly Boast, a top antitrust litigator and and former senior U.S. Department of Justice official who oversaw merger and conduct investigations for the agency, has joined WilmerHale as a partner in its New York office, the firm said Wednesday.
The announcement marked a prominent new hire for the firm’s 70-attorney competition practice, adding a former top DOJ and Federal Trade Commission official who is highly regarded in antitrust circles.
