Law360, New York (November 16, 2011, 6:29 PM ET) -- Sandoz Inc. on Wednesday agreed to pay $150 million to settle claims brought by a whistleblower and the states of California and Florida in multidistrict litigation accusing pharmaceutical companies of reporting inflated drug values to Medicaid programs.
