Mittal Gets Final Extension To Sell Tin Mill

Law360, New York (July 06, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has granted Mittal Steel Company NV an extra 15 days to sell one of its tin mills, which it must do to resolve competition concerns over its $33 billion hostile takeover of Luxembourg-based rival Arcelor SA.
