AT&T's Yanked T-Mobile Merger App Won't Stall DOJ Suit

Law360, New York (December 07, 2011, 5:50 PM ET) -- The special master overseeing discovery in the U.S. Department of Justice's antitrust case over AT&T Inc.'s $39 billion bid for T-Mobile USA Inc. ruled Wednesday that AT&T's withdrawal of its merger application with the Federal Communications Commission should not delay the litigation.
