Martek Can't Duck Baby Formula Ingredients Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 7:07 PM ET) -- A Maryland federal judge on Wednesday denied Martek Biosciences Corp.’s bid to toss an antitrust suit by Belgian additive maker BNLfood Investment SARL alleging the nutritional products developer uses long-term contracts to dominate the U.S. market for enriched ingredients for infant formulas.
