Another Airline Alliance Asks For Antitrust Immunity

Law360, New York (July 25, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- American Airlines Inc. and four other Oneworld Alliance members have asked the U.S. Department of Transportation for antitrust immunity on their transatlantic routes, allowing them to synchronize programs such as frequent flier and scheduling services in order to create a more “seamless travel experience”.
