IRS Told To Hand Over Linerboard Atty Docs In Sanction Row

Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 8:13 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday ordered the Internal Revenue Service to cough up all records that mention both attorney John Peoples, who claims he is owed a portion of a $202 million antitrust multidistrict litigation settlement with linerboard manufacturers, and the lawyer who divvied up the award.
