Havensure Drops Prudential Claims In Antitrust MDL

Law360, Los Angeles (February 29, 2012, 9:14 PM ET) -- Havensure LLC on Tuesday dropped claims that Prudential Insurance Co. of America improperly interfered with attempts to broker insurance on behalf of Carlson Cos. Inc. by turning over confidential information to a rival, paring down multidistrict antitrust litigation against numerous insurers and brokers.
