Law360, New York (August 03, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The plaintiffs in the massive antitrust class action alleging a slew of drug makers defrauded consumers by artificially inflating the prices of various prescription medications have presented the court with a "road map" for how best to organize the complex litigation.
The plaintiffs said in court documents filed Thursday that the court should initially focus on three defendants, Sanofi-Aventis, Amgen Inc. and Watson Pharmaceuticals, otherwise known as the “Track 2 defendants,” who made single-source drugs.
