Law360, New York (August 21, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Plaintiffs in the multidistrict antitrust litigation involving Chinese vitamin C makers have asked a federal judge for permission to amend their complaint, seeking to add two new defendants to the case.
In a filing Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the direct purchaser plaintiffs asked U.S. District Judge David G. Trager to grant their motion for leave to file a second amended complaint.
