Blue Cross Says Licensing Deals Are Good For Competition

Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 2:22 PM ET) -- The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association on Monday asked a North Carolina federal judge to toss a proposed federal antitrust class action, saying a web of geographically exclusive licensing deals are a standard franchising practice that actually enhance competition.
