Brazil Officials To Weigh Antitrust, Merger Rules Feedback

Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 6:53 PM ET) -- Brazilian antitrust officials said Wednesday they will meet this week to review public responses to draft regulations laying out how the country's new competition law will work when it takes effect at the end of the month, including criticisms from some bar groups about the merger notification process.
