New DOJ Antitrust Chief Sets Sights On Health Care Mergers

Law360, Washington (May 03, 2012, 8:57 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice is increasingly worried about market concentration in the health care industry and is not afraid to go to court to challenge deals that threaten competition, newly installed antitrust chief Joseph Wayland said Thursday.
