Leegin Doesn't Preempt State Antitrust Claims: Kan. High Court

Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 5:07 PM ET) -- Kansas' high court gave new life Friday to an antitrust class action over alleged price-fixing on fashion accessories, ruling that a U.S. Supreme Court decision allowing a company to set vertical minimum prices did not preempt a state antitrust claim.
