Antitrust Officials Still Skeptical On ACO Benefits

Law360, Washington (May 04, 2012, 9:27 PM ET) -- U.S. antitrust officials vowed Thursday and Friday to watch accountable care organizations closely to make sure they actually provide the savings and improved quality promised, but emphasized that the benefits of the new health care collaborations remained unproven.
