Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 6:50 PM ET) -- India’s antitrust authorities reportedly launched an investigation Monday into allegations that Google Inc.’s advertising operations were anti-competitive, following similar investigations opened by regulators in Argentina, South Korea, Europe and the U.S.
Secretary of the Competition Commission of India S.L. Bunker told Agence France-Presse that the agency was investigating Google after match-making website Bharatmatrimony.com filed a complaint with the commission in February over Google’s AdWords.
