Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 7:37 PM ET) -- China's Supreme Court has laid out rules for the way the country's judicial system handles private antitrust cases that experts say ease the burden on plaintiffs and could lead to more lawsuits under China’s 2008 anti-monopoly law.
Though the law has been in force for nearly four years, the Chinese courts have accepted a relatively small number of private claims from businesses and individuals amid uncertainty about how to apply its broad parameters.
