Contractor Admits Role In $23M Iraq Kickbacks Scheme

Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 4:56 PM ET) -- A former defense contractor involved in a $23 million scheme to manipulate U.S. Army contracts in Iraq pled guilty in Alabama federal court Tuesday to conspiring to commit mail and wire fraud and filing a false tax return.

Billy Joe Hunt, a former deputy program manager for Parsons Corp., a Pasadena, Calif. contractor, conspired with foreign subcontractors and his boss Gaines R.
