Expeditors Reaches Deal To Exit Freight Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 6:51 PM ET) -- Expeditors International of Washington Inc. will pay more than two-thirds of any money it recovers as a class member in an air cargo price-fixing multidistrict litigation to escape a separate suit claiming Expeditors and other freight forwarders perpetrated their own collusion, according to a settlement approved Wednesday.
