Verizon Hiding Info On $4B 'Cartel' Deal, Telecom Group Says

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 3:16 PM ET) -- A telecommunications consumer group on Wednesday asked the Federal Communications Commission to require Verizon Wireless to divulge information on its $3.9 billion spectrum purchase deals, saying the company is withholding organizational details to evade cartel allegations.
