Miss. Says $540M LCD Price-Fixing Deal Leaves It In Lurch

Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 9:47 PM ET) -- The state of Mississippi on Wednesday asked a California federal judge to modify a proposed $539 million settlement in multidistrict litigation involving allegations of price-fixing by major electronics manufacturers, claiming the settlement impermissibly bars ongoing litigation in state court.
