Canada's Abuse Of Dominance Guidelines Too Vague, ABA Says

Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 5:04 PM ET) -- Two American Bar Association sections on Tuesday told Canada's competition watchdog that its recently released guidelines for reining in companies that abuse their dominant market position left questions unanswered and made it hard for businesses to comply with the law.
