Law360, New York (May 25, 2012, 6:51 PM ET) -- AT&T Inc., Motorola Mobility Inc. and Qualcomm Inc. on Wednesday asked a Mississippi federal court to dismiss allegations that the companies are conspiring to box smaller wireless carriers out of the market, saying a local provider has not shown evidence of a conspiracy.
In separate motions to dismiss, AT&T and the wireless device manufacturers said that Cellular South Inc. and its affiliates couldn't show that the companies' cooperation in developing 3rd Generation Partnership Project wireless standards that the plaintiffs say unfairly excludes their services wasn't legitimate....
