Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 10:05 PM ET) -- Internet search giant Google Inc. filed an antitrust complaint in Europe on Thursday accusing Nokia Corp. and Microsoft Corp. of using patents to hamper competition in the smartphone industry, Google announced Thursday.
The complaint was lodged with European regulators but was also shared with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.
