Florida West's No Contest Price-Fixing Plea May Get OK

Law360, New York (June 01, 2012, 8:11 PM ET) -- The federal judge overseeing the government's price-fixing case against Florida West International Airways Inc. said Friday that he was inclined to allow the carrier to plead no contest to the criminal charges, an unusual plea that could set a troublesome precedent for the U.S. Department of Justice.
