Citi, Others Face Appeal In Airport Bond Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 3:16 PM ET) -- An out-of-work attorney intends to appeal a New York state judge's recent dismissal of allegations that a trio of major banks suppressed her patented airport bond financing method and strong-armed two of her former firms into letting her go, the attorney's lawyer said Friday.
