Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 3:18 PM ET) -- Chinese police have arrested an executive at a subsidiary of e-commerce outfit Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. on suspicion of bribery, the company said Thursday.
Police in Hangzhou, China, the largest city of the eastern province of Zhejiang and home to Alibaba headquarters, detained Yan Limin, an executive of a division in Alibaba's Taobao unit, Taobao said in a statement published online. An investigation is ongoing.
