Phoebe Urges High Court Not To Raise Antitrust Immunity Bar

Law360, New York (October 02, 2012, 6:59 PM ET) -- Phoebe Putney Health System Inc. accused the Federal Trade Commission on Monday of trying to win a stricter standard for state agencies seeking immunity from federal antitrust oversight and urged the U.S. Supreme Court to leave the existing bar in place in a battle over the hospital's acquisition of a fellow Georgia health care provider.
