Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 8:48 PM ET) -- A Georgia federal judge on Monday canceled the trial in the price-fixing class action brought by hundreds of independent contractors against fiberglass insulation contractor Masco Corp., following a telephone conference in which settlement possibilities were discussed.
The report of the cancellation by U.S. District Judge Julie E. Carnes came in a Monday docket entry. No document was attached explaining the decision.
