David W. Kesselman started work as a Weingarten Brown partner Wednesday, after 12 years at Blecher & Collins PC. Before joining Blecher & Collins, a boutique that bills itself as one of the premier antitrust and complex business litigation law firms in the U.S., Kesselman had a brief stint working for Jones Day.
