Comcast Says FCC's Tennis Channel Ruling Was Out Of Bounds

Law360, New York (August 01, 2012, 10:34 PM ET) -- Comcast Cable Communications LLC on Wednesday hit the Federal Communications Commission with a lawsuit challenging a decision mandating that the company carry The Tennis Channel Inc. on the same package as Comcast's affiliated sports networks.

The suit stems from the FCC's refusal last week to review Chief Administrative Law Judge Richard L. Sippel's ruling, which was issued in December.
