Law360, New York (August 03, 2012, 8:58 PM ET) -- The Judicial Panel for Multidistrict Litigation on Thursday declined to centralize in Illinois seven class actions accusing GlaxoSmithKline LLC, Pfizer Inc. and seven other major drugmakers of racketeering and antitrust violations for allegedly subsidizing illegal co-payments for brand-name prescription drugs.
