Indicted Atty Used Bribes, Threats To Sign Clients, Suit Says

Law360, New York (August 06, 2012, 8:28 PM ET) -- A pair of Mexican nationals on Thursday launched a suit in Texas federal court claiming an attorney at the center of a criminal corruption probe offered bribes and threatened them with violence in a bid to sign them as clients in a wrongful death case.
