Law360, New York (August 07, 2012, 5:08 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge refused to certify an interlocutory appeal Monday that would have allowed the Third Circuit to weigh in on whether a stricter standard should be applied in determining whether a group of fastener manufacturers participated in a price-fixing conspiracy.
