LCD Makers Can't Ax Motorola Foreign Injury Claims

Law360, New York (August 09, 2012, 5:26 PM ET) -- A California federal judge refused Thursday to nix price-fixing claims Motorola Mobility Inc. brought against a slew of liquid crystal display makers over panels delivered to its foreign manufacturing facilities, leaving the question of whether those purchases meet the criteria for U.S. antitrust claims up to the jury.
